Orders are filled and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving the order. Please let us know in the notes or comments of your order if you have a special, time-sensitive request and we will do what we can to ensure prompt shipping.

***Orders placed with Overnight shipping are produced and shipped within 1-2 business days.***

Returns

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you would like a refund for any reason, please contact us within 5 days from the arrival of your purchase, and we will issue you a refund once we've received the returned item. 

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped out or refunds will not be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We will repair or exchange any broken items up to 30 days from the date the jewelry arrived.
